What will you learn?

Psychology relates to the study of the human mind and behaviours. It explores the processes involved in normal and abnormal thoughts, feelings and actions.

Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) Psychology aims at building in-depth knowledge of an appreciation for the concepts and theories of psychology. It equips students with knowledge of psychology and understanding of the range of applications of that knowledge. Emphasis is placed on the relevance of the courses to meet the changing needs of the Malaysian socio-economic environment. Students will be placed under supervised industrial training programme to gain practical experience.

STPM with 2 Principal Passes

A-Level with 2 Passes

OR

South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects

OR

Canadian Pre-University (CPU) with an average of 70% in 6 subjects

OR

Foundation in Arts, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)

OR

Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)

OR

Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learning

OR

Matriculation Certificate, Ministry of Education

OR

Diploma, Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC)

OR

Diploma from other Institutions of Higher Learning

AND

A Credit in 1 Mathematics subject and 1 Science subject and a Pass in English Language at SPM level / equivalent
