What will you learn?

The programme is a unique interdisciplinary programme with is exposure to architecture, engineering and quantity surveying with the unique strength in project management of construction technologies. The programme aims to equip students with a versatile yet focused foundation in the principles, theories and practices of construction management with a global outlook.

 

Eligibility:

STPM with 2 Principal Passes

OR

A-Level with 2 Passes

OR

South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects

OR

Canadian Pre-University (CPU) with an average of 70% in 6 subjects including 2 Mathematics subjects

OR

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 5 subjects

OR

Foundation in Arts (Management and Accountancy Stream), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)

OR

Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)

OR

Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learning in the relevant field

OR

Matriculation Certificate, Ministry of Education in the relevant field
