

Master of Construction Management facilitates the study of advanced project management and engineering techniques for the construction industry. The program prepares you to be in control of construction project management specifically in resources planning and risk assessment.
Applicants should have a recognised bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, building, architecture, quantity surveying, construction management, real estate and other cognate engineering/technology disciplines, or other equivalent qualification.
English Requirement:
- English Language proficiency consistent with Swinburne policies for admission of local and international students to postgraduate courses as outlined below:
- Obtain a minimum of IELTS overall band of 6.5 with no individual band below 6.0, or TOEFL (paper-based) minimum score of 5500 (with Test of Written English score of 5), or TOEFL (internet-based) minimum score of 79 with no individual band below 18
- Successfully complete a first degree with English as the medium of instruction
