What will you learn?

Faculty of Agriculture offers two programmes for graduate studies; Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with thesis. The MS students are required to conduct research and fulfill a minimum of 6 credits (except 9 credits for field of studies Agribusiness and Agricultural Economics) of course work. The candidates are also required to present seminars on their research. The duration of studies for MS is 1-3 years.

 

Eligibility:

Applicant must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in a related field with Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.50or it’s equivalent; or,
  • A CGPA between 2.25 - 2.50 with at least with at least 3 years experience in related field

 

ENGLISH REQUIREMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

 If you are non-native English speaker, you must achieve one of the formal qualifications as part of the entry requirements: 1. IELTS - 1. Minimum overall score of 6.0 for TESL/English or 5.5 for other programmes; or

 2. TOEFL - Minimum overall score of 550 for TESL/English or 500 for other programmes; or

 3. Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP) - Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP) - enrolled at ELS-UPM - Level 109 English or Level 107 for other pro
