What will you learn?

This programme provides the fundamental knowledge and skills to those who aspire to be involved in the various fields of Engineering, e.g. Civil, Mechanical and Electrical.

It is specially designed to give students the necessary knowledge that will enable them to cope with an engineering degree scheme. Although the programme lasts for only one year, it is an entry route to a degree in Engineering.

 

Eligibility:

  • Passed SPM/O-Level/SPMVl with a credit (Grade C) in 5 subjects including Mathematics and one of Physical Science subjects OR
  • Passed UEC with minimum B in any 3 subjects including Mathematics and one of Physical Science subjects OR
  • Any other equivalent qualifications that is recognized by the Government of Malaysia

For non-Malaysian citizens, please refer to the Malaysian Qualification Agency’s (MQA) List of Overseas Qualifications & its equivalency with Malaysian Education System (PDF) to see if you meet the minimum entry requirements to obtain a student visa into Malaysia to undertake this course.

Career prospects:

After this foundation, student will be able to get enrolled in higher education at different universities in the field of engineering and technology. Cyberview is the industry partner for this foundation program Cyberview Sdn Bhd, the proprietor of the SME Technopreneur Centre in Cyberjaya, will collaborate with Limkokwing-MDI in a wide range of activities, including design advancement, brand building and management, content creation, idea generation and research and development. A joint venture involving six investors, including Multimedia Development Corporation and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, Cyberview Sdn Bhd plans and designs the primary infrastructure of the 2,890-hectrare Cyberjaya Flagship Zone in two phases. It also provides office, commercial and residential spaces for sale or rent. Among the projects it has completed are the MDC Headquarters, Cyberview Lodge Resort & Spa, the Street Mall and City Command Centre for security and fire protection.
